The invention discloses an air floatation hanging type gravity unloading device for a space deployable mechanism. The air floatation hanging type gravity unloading device comprises an installation base plate and a top air floatation block, and a supporting rod and a guide rail connecting side plate are sequentially arranged above the installation base plate from left to right. A bottom base plate,a first bottom air floating block and a top base plate are sequentially arranged on the left side of the guide rail connecting side plate from bottom to top. Compared with an existing common air floating hanging type gravity unloading device, the air floating hanging type gravity unloading device for the space deployable mechanism adopts the air floating principle, low-damping movement of a deployable mechanism product is achieved, high damping of a mechanical bearing and various test failures caused by damage in use are avoided, the consistency of test precision is guaranteed, a linear air floatation sliding sleeve mechanism free of a side face surrounding mechanism is achieved, meanwhile, the thickness of a single linear mechanism is reduced, two-dimensional movement of a transverse airfloatation sliding block on a space plane is achieved, and a balance operation mechanism for an ultra-long-distance linear guide rail with a supporting mode is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种用于空间可展开机构的气浮吊挂式重力卸载装置,包括安装基板和顶部气浮块,所述安装基板的上方从左到右依次设置有支持杆和导轨联接侧板,且导轨联接侧板的左侧从下到上依次设置有底部基板、第一底部气浮块和顶部基板。该用于空间可展开机构的气浮吊挂式重力卸载装置,与现有的普通气浮吊挂式重力卸载装置相比,采用气浮原理,实现了展开机构产品的低阻尼运动,避免机械轴承高阻尼以及使用中损坏导致的各项试验失败,保证了试验精度的一致性,实现了免侧面包围机构的线性气浮滑套机构,同时降低了单体线性机构的厚度,实现了横向气浮滑块在空间平面上的二维运动,实现对具有支撑方式的超长距离线性导轨的平衡运行机构。
