The invention discloses a vertical undercarriage of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The vertical undercarriage comprises a connecting frame and N supporting assemblies evenly arranged on the lower end face of the connecting frame in the circumferential direction. Each supporting assembly comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, M supporting legs and M conduction rods corresponding to the supporting legs in a one-to-one mode. During work, the lower ends of the outer cylinders firstly make contact with the ground, the outer cylinders move upwards in the vertical direction along the axis of the inner cylinders under the compression of the gravity of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the conduction rods open the supporting legs, and after all the supporting legs make contact with the ground, the undercarriage is supported, and the unmanned aerial vehicle lands stably. The vertical undercarriage is simple in structure and convenient to carry, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be protected against turnover during landing, and damage caused by turnover of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced.
