The invention discloses a bicycle high-speed disc brake system based on harmonic drive. The system comprises wheels, a driving shaft and a brake disc, the brake disc is fixed on the driving shaft, andthe driving shaft is connected with a centrifugal device. When the wheels rotate at a high speed, the driving shaft is driven to rotate together, and a centrifugal block can move outwards to match agroove in a cam shaft; when a brake cable is tensioned, the disc rotates to drive a lead screw to rotate, a nut block pushes a harmonic reducer to move forwards, a brake pad at the bottom of a flexible gear makes contact with the brake disc, the brake disc bears pressure of the brake pad and has torque opposite to the rotating direction, braking can be better achieved at the moment, and the torqueis reduced along with decreasing of the vehicle speed, so that the brake is not in a locked state; when the brake cable is loosened, the disc rotates under the action of a torsion spring and returnsto the initial position. By the adoption of the harmonic reducer brake device, when the wheels rotate at a high speed, the brake pad makes contact with the brake disc in a larger area, and the brakingeffect can be better achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于谐波传动的自行车高速碟刹系统,包括车轮、驱动轴和刹车盘,刹车盘固定在驱动轴上,驱动轴连接离心装置。当车轮处于高速转动时带动驱动轴一起转动,离心块会向外运动和凸轮轴中的槽相配合;当拉紧刹车线时圆盘转动,带动丝杠转动,螺母块推着谐波减速器向前运动,使得柔轮底部的刹车片和刹车盘接触,刹车盘不仅受到刹车片的压力还有一个与转动方向相反的扭矩,此时能更好的实现制动,并且随着车速下降,扭矩减小,刹车不会处于抱死状态;松开刹车线时,圆盘在扭簧作用下转动,回到初始位置。本发明采用谐波减速器刹车装置,在车轮处于高速转动时,实现刹车片和刹车盘更大面积接触,能更好的实现制动效果。
