本发明提供一种自主避障机器人、防倾倒移动平台及防倾倒控制方法。该防倾倒移动平台包括:底盘机构;本体,铰接连接于所述底盘机构;连杆机构,设置于所述底盘机构,并连接所述本体,所述连杆机构可带动所述本体相对于所述底盘机构运动;传感器机构,设置于所述本体和所述底盘机构下方,用于检测所述本体的运动趋势和当前姿态;控制机构,连接所述连杆机构与所述传感器机构,所述控制机构接收所述本体的运动趋势和当前姿态,并带动所述连杆机构运动,以调节所述本体的倾角姿态与重心位置。通过控制机构、传感器机构与连杆机构的配合,在平衡本体避免倾倒的同时,减轻防倾倒移动平台的重量,使得防倾倒移动平台可以准确运行,保证使用效果。

The anti-toppling mobile platform comprises a chassis mechanism; abody, hinged to the chassis mechanism; a connecting rod mechanism, arranged on the chassis mechanism and connected with the body, and the connecting rod mechanism can drive the body to move relative to the chassis mechanism; a sensor mechanism, arranged below the body and the chassis mechanism and used for detecting the movement trend and the current posture of the body; and a control mechanism, connected with the connecting rod mechanism and the sensor mechanism, and the control mechanism receiving the movement trend and the current posture of the body and driving the connecting rod mechanismto move so as to adjust the inclination angle posture and the gravity center position of the body. Through cooperation of the control mechanism, the sensor mechanism and the connecting rod mechanism,the weight of the anti-toppling mobile platform is reduced while toppling of the balance body is avoided, so that the anti-toppling mobile platform can operate accurately, and the using effect is guaranteed.
