The invention provides a buffer cylinder for an anti-bending system of a low-floor tramcar. According to the buffer cylinder, a two-way piston rod and piston rod guiding supporting seats positioned attwo ends of the piston rod are arranged in a cylinder body; spring outer guiding sleeves are arranged at two ends of the cylinder body; a spring pressing seat and a spring supporting seat which are coaxial are sequentially arranged in the spring outer guiding sleeve in the direction away from the piston rod guiding supporting seats; a belleville spring is arranged between the spring pressing seatand the spring supporting seat; a sliding end of the two-way piston rod penetrates out of the piston rod guiding supporting seat and then is connected with the spring pressing seat; the cylinder bodyis provided with oil ports correspondingly communicating with internal oil cavities respectively; the oil ports are connected with an incoming oil way and an outgoing oil way between a front bogie and a rear bogie respectively; the two-way piston rod is provided with a two-way sealing Glyd ring; multistage sealing is adopted between the piston rod guiding supporting seat and the cylinder body andbetween the piston rod guiding supporting seat and the two-way piston rod; and the buffer cylinder is further provided with an internal transition oil accumulation trough and an external oil storagetrough. The pressure peak value of a system during working is reduced, the vibration impact caused by a vehicle body is reduced, and the driving comfort is improved.

    本发明提供一种低地板有轨电车防折弯系统用缓冲缸,缸体内设有双向活塞杆以及位于活塞杆两端的活塞杆导向支撑座,缸体的两端设有弹簧外导向套,在弹簧外导向套内沿远离活塞杆导向支撑座的方向依次设置同轴的弹簧压座和弹簧支撑座,在弹簧压座和弹簧支撑座之间设有蝶形弹簧,双向活塞杆的滑动端穿出活塞杆导向支撑座后与弹簧压座连接,缸体上设有与内部油腔分别对应连通的油口,二者分别与前后转向架间的来向油路和去向油路连接,双向活塞杆上设有双向密封格来圈,活塞杆导向支撑座与缸体和双向活塞杆之间采用多级密封,缓冲缸还设有内部的过渡积油槽和外部的储油槽。本发明降低了系统工作时的压力峰值,降低车体带来的振动冲击,提高驾乘舒适性。
