The invention provides a drive synthesis device and an electric vehicle. The drive synthesis device comprises a transmission assembly at least comprising a power source and a reduction gear assembly and an axle package assembly composed of a main speed reducer and a differential mechanism, and the transmission assembly and the axle package assembly are fixed to a frame of a vehicle together. According to the drive synthesis device, the transmission assembly and the axle package assembly are fixed to the frame of the vehicle together, the unsprung mass is reduced, and the NVH performance is improved.
