The invention relates to an oil-gas separation device which is provided with a shell with an enclosed space, wherein the shell is internally provided with a flow guide wall for realizing rotary flow of fluid, and at least one fluid inlet, at least one fluid outlet and at least one liquid outlet which are communicated with the enclosed space; a height difference exists between the at least one fluid outlet and the at least one fluid inlet in the axial height direction, and the at least one fluid outlet is higher than the at least one fluid inlet; and the at least one liquid outlet is connectedto a lower position of the enclosed space. The flow guide wall in the shell can enable the fluid to rotate, oil and gas are separated through the centrifugal force difference of different components in the fluid, and the shell further comprises the fluid inlet connected to a fuel tank, the fluid outlet connected to fuel steam treatment equipment and a liquid discharging outlet capable of enablingthe liquid to be discharged out of the cavity.
