The invention provides a hydraulic lifting method for a heat absorber. The hydraulic lifting method comprises the following steps: checking a hydraulic lifting device and a steel strand on site, including checking the inspection report proofs of the hydraulic lifting device and the steel strand, the use times of a steel strand clamping jaw and service life proving files, and confirming that reports and proving files are complete; assembling the hydraulic lifting device and the steel strand in a ground open area to form a heat absorber hydraulic lifting system; transferring the assembled jack and steel strand into a tower drum by using a truck-mounted crane and a forklift; carrying out installation acceptance on a tower top gantry, and lifting the tower top gantry from the inside of a towerto an in-place position by adopting a building crane; fixing a hydraulic device to a portal beam through a connecting bolt; and fixing an operating system above a temporary operating platform. The method is completed by adopting the heat absorber hydraulic lifting system, and the system comprises a plurality of sets of hydraulic lifting devices consisting of hydraulic lifting equipment, steel strands and steel strand braking equipment, and a plurality of control systems consisting of computers and monitoring systems.

    提供一种吸热器液压提升方法,包括:在现场对液压提升装置以及钢绞线进行检查:包括检查液压提升装置以及钢绞线的检验报告证明、钢绞线卡爪的使用次数及使用寿命证明文件,确认报告及证明文件齐全;在地面空旷区域装配液压提升装置和钢绞线组成吸热器液压提升系统;利用随车吊和叉车将装配好的千斤顶及钢绞线转运至塔筒内部;对塔顶门架行安装验收,采用建筑吊将塔顶门架由塔内提升至就位位置;采用连接螺栓将液压装置固定在门架梁上;将操作系统固定在临时操作平台上方。方法采用吸热器液压提升系统完成,包括:由液压提升设备、钢绞线及钢绞线制动设备组成的多套液压提升装置以及由计算机及监视系统组成的多台控制系统。
