The invention provides an aircraft system layout method and device, a readable storage medium and electronic equipment. The aircraft system layout method comprises the steps of obtaining an initial thrust included angle and an initial installation distance of combined thrust of each thruster included in an aircraft system to be laid out and a plurality of candidate thrust included angles and candidate installation distances; determining a cost function value under each candidate thrust included angle and each candidate installation distance, and determining the candidate thrust included angleand the candidate installation distance corresponding to the minimum pending function value as a target thrust included angle and a target installation distance; and setting each thruster in the aircraft system to be arranged according to the corresponding target thrust included angle and the target mounting distance. Thus, when the thrusters in the aircraft system to be laid out are laid out, theburnup value and the attitude tracking error of the aircraft are comprehensively considered, and the layout reasonability and accuracy of the thrusters in the aircraft system can be improved.
