The invention relates to sports equipment, in particular to a water-instrusion-preventing breathing tube head based on small hole throttling effect, which is simple and small in structure, can preventa user from being inhaled by waves during snorkeling, and consists of the following parts: an outer cover; a section of breather pipe extends into the lower part of the outer cover; a mounting head is arranged at the lower end of the breather pipe; the upper end of the breather pipe is close to the top in the outer cover; a plurality of small holes are densely distributed in the outer cover; andthe small holes are lower than the upper end of the breather pipe.
