The invention discloses a frame structure of a light high-maneuverability off-road vehicle. The frame structure comprises a front bumper, a front suspension mounting beam, a cross beam, longitudinal beams, a vehicle body suspension beam, a container supporting structure, a rear suspension mounting beam and a rear bumper; the two longitudinal beams are oppositely arranged in the left-right direction of the vehicle body and comprise a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam; each longitudinal beam is a box beam formed by tailor-welding two first channel beams along the left-right direction of the vehicle body; each longitudinal beam is provided with an engine mounting hole used for mounting an engine, a transmission mounting hole used for mounting a transmission and a suspensionmounting hole used for mounting a suspension; each longitudinal beam comprises a vehicle front section, a vehicle middle section and a vehicle rear section which are integrally formed in the front-back direction of the vehicle body; each vehicle front section and each vehicle rear section are higher than the corresponding vehicle middle section, so that the longitudinal beams are arranged in thefront-back direction of the vehicle body with two high ends and a low middle. The requirement for high-maneuverability driving of the off-road vehicle is met, the local strength is high, the overall flexibility is good, and the bearing capacity is high.

    本发明公开了一种轻型高机动越野车车架结构,包括:前保险杠、前悬架安装梁、横梁、纵梁、车身悬置梁、货箱支撑结构、后悬架安装梁和后保险杠;两个纵梁沿车身左右方向相对设置,两个纵梁包括左纵梁和右纵梁;纵梁为由两片第一槽型梁沿车身左右方向拼焊形成的箱型梁;纵梁开设有用于安装发动机的发动机安装孔、用于安装变速器的变速器安装孔、用于安装悬架的悬架安装孔;纵梁包括沿车身前后方向一体成型的车前段、车中段和车后段;车前段和车后段均高于车中段设置,以使纵梁沿车身前后方向呈两端高中间低布置。本发明满足越野车高机动行驶的需求,且局部强度高,整体柔性好,承载能力强。
