The invention discloses a fireproof door leaf cotton arranging process. The process includes the steps that rock wool glue is uniformly coated on the surfaces of a panel and a back plate, water is uniformly sprayed to the surfaces of the panel and the back plate to foam the rock wool glue, and dust is removed from the surfaces of rock wool strips to prevent the dust from influencing the bonding effect; the rock wool strips are arranged on the back plate in a staggered mode, so that stress is not concentrated to ensure the overall strength; then the panel covers the upper surfaces of the rock wool strips to form door leaves, and the foamed rock wool glue can better permeate into the rock wool strips, so that the rock wool strips are more tightly and firmly bonded to the surfaces of the backplate and the panel; then the door leaves are placed into a cold press to be stacked and pressed firstly, and one sandwich plate is placed every several door leaves, so that door plates are preventedfrom being crushed when the pressure is too large; and the peripheries of the door leaves are limited through positioning blocks, so that the rock wool strips are prevented from excessively expanding. Compared with the prior art, the produced rock wool strips in the door leaves of a fireproof door are combined with the back plate and the panel more tightly, so that the fireproof effect is better.

    本发明公开了一种防火门门扇排棉工艺,先对面板以及背板表面均匀涂覆岩棉胶,然后向面板和背板表面均匀洒水,使岩棉胶起泡,然后先将岩棉条表面的粉尘去除,从而防止粉尘影响粘合效果,之后将岩棉条交错排列于背板上,使应力不集中进而保证整体强度,之后将面板盖合于岩棉条上表面形成门扇,起泡后的岩棉胶能更好的渗入岩棉条内,使岩棉条粘合于背板以及面板表面更加紧密牢固,之后将门扇放入冷压机中先进行码垛加压,隔几扇门扇放置一块夹层板从而防止压力过大时压伤门板,并通过定位块对门扇四周进行限位,从而防止岩棉条过量膨胀。相对于现有技术而言,生产的防火门门扇内部岩棉条与背板和面板结合更加紧密,防火效果更好。
