The ocean monitoring platform comprises a floating body which is moored and floats on the sea surface or in seawater. A control boxis arranged on the floating body, a circuit board is arranged in the control box, and a monitoring sensor, a signal receiving module and a signal transmitting module are arranged on the circuit board; a closed cavity is formed in the floating body, a wave energy power generation device is arranged in the cavity, the wave energy power generation device comprises a linear guide rail, and a slidingblock and a spring are slidably arranged on the linear guide rail in a sleeving mode; a plurality of magnet blocks are arranged on the peripheral side surfaces of the sliding block; and a group of piezoelectric power generation mechanisms are arranged around the sliding block in the cavity, and each piezoelectric power generation mechanism comprises a piezoelectric piece and an end magnet corresponding to the magnet block. Wave energy is converted into electric energy for power supply, and the conversion efficiency is high.
