本发明的声纳浮标用气囊成型的方法,属于气囊制造方法的技术领域,解决现有技术的方法制造成本高和成品率偏低的技术问题。其包括S101:气囊囊片和密封环由热可塑性树脂薄膜材料裁剪而成,在所述气囊囊片和密封环的中央区域开设预设尺寸的孔;S102:将所述气囊囊片和密封环的中央区域预设尺寸孔对齐,使用周波机热压将两者进行热压熔接形成气囊端面密封部位,再将气囊囊片对称折叠并将两侧边缘对齐,使用高频周波机热压而成。本发明用以简化声纳浮标用气囊制造工艺,能够降低制造成本,并提高成品率。

    The invention provides a forming method of an air bag for a sonar buoy, belongs to the technical field of air bag manufacturing methods, and solves the technical problems of high manufacturing cost and low yield of methods in the prior art. The method comprises the steps that S101, an air bag piece and a sealing ring are formed by cutting a thermoplastic resin film material, and holes of preset sizes are formed in the central area of the air bag piece and the central area of the sealing ring; and S102, the holes with preset sizes in the central areas of the air bag piece and the sealing ring are aligned, hot-pressing welding is carried out on the air bag piece and the sealing ring by using a frequency machine to form an air bag end face sealing part, then the air bag piece is symmetricallyfolded, the edges on two sides are aligned, and hot-pressing forming is carried out by using a high-frequency frequency machine to form the air bag. According to the forming method, the manufacturingprocess of the air bag for the sonar buoy is simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the rate of finished products is increased.
