The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and provides a vehicle energy distribution method and device. The vehicle comprises a fuel cell. The vehicle energy distribution method comprises the steps that the starting state of the fuel cell is detected; when it is detected that the fuel cell is not started, distributable energy is obtained according to the energy consumedby the accessories needed by starting of the fuel cell, the maximum available energy of the power cell, the energy reserved for over-discharge prevention of the power cell and the available energy ofthe fuel cell; and the whole vehicle energy distribution is executed according to the distributable energy. According to the invention, enough energy can be provided for starting of the fuel cell, andthe power cell is prevented from being over-discharged.
