The invention relates to the technical field of charging guns, and discloses a contact pin, a contact pin quick release structure and a charging gun with the quick release structure. The contact pin quick release structure comprises a plug bush used for connecting a cable and the contact pin, the plug bush comprises a cable connecting end and a contact pin connecting end which are integrally arranged, the contact pin connecting end is provided with a contact pin hole used for being connected with a second contact pin end of the contact pin in an inserted mode, the cable connecting end is provided with a cable hole used for being connected with the cable in an inserted mode, and the plug bush is of a soft conductor structure. The plug bush is connected with the gun body through the plug bush pressing plate, and the contact pin is connected with the gun head. According to the invention, the contact pin, the contact pin quick-release structure and the charging gun with the quick-release structure are quick to replace, the cost of a replacement part is low, the operation cost of a charging system is greatly reduced, and the charging system can operate more safely and reliably.
