The invention provides a method for improving the idling vibration isolation performance of a front suspension of a family car engine, and belongs to the field of vibration and noise control. The method comprises the following five steps: (1) confirming the vibration frequency of the engine according to the specific number of cylinders of the family car engine and the idling speed; (2) selecting specific porous aluminum or a composite material thereof as an added vibration isolation material according to the confirmed vibration frequency of the engine; (3) selecting the deformation length of the newly added vibration isolation material component according to the compression curve graph of the porous aluminum or the composite material thereof; (4) matching an energy consumption coefficientand an energy absorption coefficient according to a vibration level fall or an insertion loss maximization principle; and (5) determining a final effective method for idling vibration isolation of thefront suspension of the car engine according to a bench screening test result. Vibration level fall or insertion loss is adopted to measure the vibration isolation effect. By means of the method, thefront suspension vibration isolation effect of the four-cylinder family car engine is improved by 21-61%, and the purpose of the invention is achieved.
本发明提供了一种提升家用轿车发动机前悬置怠速隔振性能的方法,属于振动与噪声控制领域;该方法的五个步骤分别为(1)根据具体家用轿车发动机气缸数及怠速转速确认发动机振动频率;(2)根据确认的发动机振动频率选用具体孔铝或其复合材料作为增加的隔振材料;(3)根据孔铝或其复合材料压缩曲线图选择新增隔振材料构件的形变长度;(4)根据振级落差或插入损失最大化原则匹配耗能系数与吸能系数;(5)根据台架筛选试验结果确定轿车发动机前悬置怠速隔振最终有效方法。采用振级落差或插入损失衡量隔振效果。该方法使4缸家用轿车发动机前悬置隔振效果提升21%至61%,达到发明目的。
