The invention discloses a liquid-cooled battery capable of automatically preserving heat and dissipating heat, and relates to the field of batteries. The liquid-cooled battery comprises a voltage transformation device, a liquid cooling plate, a battery shell and a battery, wherein the battery and the liquid cooling plate are alternately installed in the battery shell, the liquid cooling plate is hollow, the top of the liquid cooling plate is communicated with an upper cavity of an inner piston cylinder in the voltage transformation device through a gas pipeline, the bottom of the liquid cooling plate is communicated with the liquid cooling pipeline, the piston rod is composed of an upper piston and a lower piston, the upper piston is in sliding connection with the inner piston cylinder, the lower piston is in sliding connection with an outer piston cylinder, the inner piston cylinder is fixedly connected in the outer piston cylinder, and expansion liquid is contained in the outer piston cylinder and located above the lower piston. Condensation and heat preservation modes are switched by utilizing different performance of the voltage transformation device and the nickel-titanium alloy memory spring to cold and hot, any electric control mechanism is not needed in the mode, the structure is simple, and energy is saved.
