The invention discloses a vehicle trajectory reconstruction method based on license plate recognition data, and the method comprises the following steps: 1), collecting urban road network topologicalinformation and information, i.e., license plate recognition data, that individual vehicles on a road network pass through a road gate in a certain time period, and preprocessing original data; 2), interrupting a travel chain according to reasonable travel time acquired by an online map, and separating a complete path set from an incomplete path set; 3), generating a candidate path set in combination with a space-time prism theory and a K shortest path algorithm; 4), formulating evaluation indexes for the candidate paths and determining an index normalization method; and 5), with an automaticencoder, carrying out decision making to realize restoration of incomplete vehicle trajectories. According to the method, restoration of the incomplete vehicle trajectory caused by missing detection in an urban road network can be completed with high precision, the algorithm speed is high, the robustness is good, and the method has good performance in an actual traffic scene.

    本发明公开了一种基于车牌识别数据的车辆轨迹重构方法,包括如下步骤:1)采集城市路网拓扑信息以及一定时间段内该路网上个体车辆通过道路卡口的信息即车牌识别数据,对原始数据进行预处理;2)根据在线地图获取的合理行程时间打断出行链,并分离完整路径集与不完整路径集;3)结合时空棱柱理论与K最短路算法的生成候选路径集合;4)制定对于候选路径的评价指标并确定指标归一化方法;5)运用自动编码器进行决策,实现不完整车辆轨迹的还原。本发明方法可以较高精度的完成城市路网中漏检导致的不完整车辆轨迹的复原,算法速度较快,鲁棒性好,在实际的交通场景中有很好的表现。
