The invention provides an elevator band-type brake performance detection system. The detection system comprises a lifting system, a traction system, a braking system and a band-type brake detection controller, wherein the lifting system comprises a lift car, a traction wheel, a lift car counterweight and a traction bearing rope, the traction system comprises a motor control circuit and an elevatormain machine, the braking system comprises a main machine band-type brake and a to-be-detected band-type brake, and the band-type brake detection controller is used for controlling the elevator mainmachine to rotate in an accelerated mode through the motor control circuit so as to control the lift car to operate in an accelerated mode, closing the elevator main machine and controlling the to-be-detected band-type brake to be closed when a first instant speed of the lift car of the lifting system is not smaller than a first test speed, obtaining a first test time from when the to-be-detectedband-type brake starts to close to the lift car is still and obtaining a performance index of the to-be-detected band-type brake according to the first instant speed and the first test time. Due to the fact that the performance of the to-be-detected band-type brake is directly detected through the lifting system of an elevator, the performance detection of the elevator band-type brake better conforms to the actual application scene, and the obtained performance index is more accurate and reliable.

    一种电梯抱闸性能检测系统,包括升降系统、牵引系统、制动系统和抱闸检测控制器。其中,升降系统包括轿厢、曳引轮、轿厢对重和牵引承重绳,牵引系统包括电机控制电路和电梯主机,制动系统包括主机抱闸和待检测抱闸。抱闸检测控制器用于通过电机控制电路控制电梯主机加速转动,进而控制轿厢加速运行,当升降系统的轿厢的第一即时速度不小于第一测试速度时,关闭电梯主机,控制待检测抱闸闭合,获取待检测抱闸开始闭合到轿厢静止的第一测试时间,并依据第一即时速度和第一测试时间获取待检测抱闸的性能指标。由于直接通过电梯的升降系统对待检测抱闸进行性能检测,使得电梯抱闸性能检测更符合实际应用场景,获得的性能指标更准确、更可靠。
