The invention provides an unmanned tower crane positioning system and method. The unmanned tower crane positioning system comprises a plurality of wireless remote terminals arranged around a tower crane, each wireless remote terminal communicates with a control system of the tower crane, the unmanned tower crane positioning system further comprises a CORS station receiver, the CORS station receiver receives positioning signals of satellites, and the CORS station receiver is connected to a wireless AP to be accessed to a local area network. The wireless AP is communicated with a plurality of wireless remote terminals; by the adoption of the technology, the unmanned tower crane positioning system has the following advantages that various devices on the tower crane can be accurately operated,different operation requirements of the tower crane can be met in a complex operation environment, the automation degree is high, and the risk of manual operation is reduced; a GNSS system with RTK is adopted to complete positioning of the tower crane and the wireless remote terminal, and potential safety hazards are eliminated; accurate positioning can be carried out by adopting a low-price satellite, so that the control cost of equipment is reduced, and popularization and application are facilitated.

    一种无人塔机定位系统和定位方法,包括设置在塔机周围的若干个无线远程终端,每个无线远程终端均与塔机的控制系统相通信,还包括CORS站接收机,所述CORS站接收机接收卫星的定位信号,CORS站接收机连接至无线AP接入到局域网中,无线AP与若干个无线远程终端相通信;本发明采用上述技术,具有以下优点:能够对塔机上的各种设备进行精确的运行,在复杂的操作环境中,能够满足塔机不同的作业需求,自动化程度高,降低了人为操作的风险;采用带有RTK的GNSS系统完成塔机与无线远程终端的定位,消除了安全隐患;采用价格较低的卫星即可进行精确的定位,降低了设备的控制成本,有利于推广使用。
