The invention relates to an attached double-rail construction hoist. The attached double-rail construction hoist is used for a multi-storey building and structurally comprises wall-attached supports,guide rails, a driving device, a lift car and an electric appliance control system. The wall-attached supports are fixedly arranged on a building structure in an up-down and left-right arrangement mode, and the wall-attached supports are fixedly connected with the two columns of the guide rails; a rack is welded to the guide rails, and the lift car is arranged between the two guide rails; the driving device comprises transmission connecting rods, transmission gears, speed reducer transmission gears, transition gears, driving motors, speed reducers, a pulley, bearing seats and a driving frame;the transmission gears are arranged at two ends of each transmission connecting rod; the transmission gears are respectively meshed with the rack on the guide rails; the output end of each driving motor is directly connected with the input end of the corresponding speed reducer; each speed reducer transmission gear is arranged at the output end of the corresponding speed reducer; each transition gear is arranged on the corresponding transmission connecting rod; and each speed reducer transmission gear is meshed with the corresponding transition gear, the driving device is fixedly connected tothe upper end of the lift car through bolts, and idler wheels are fixedly connected to the driving frame through bolts and arranged inside the two sides of the guide rails.

    本发明涉及一种附着式双轨施工升降机,用于多层建筑,其结构包括附墙支座、导轨、驱动装置、轿厢和电器控制系统。其中,多个附墙支座上下左右排列固定于建筑结构上,附墙支座与两列导轨固定连接;导轨焊接有齿条,在两列导轨之间设置轿厢;驱动装置包括传动连杆、传动齿轮、减速机传动齿轮、过渡齿轮、驱动电机、减速机、滑轮、轴承座和驱动架;传动连杆两端设置有传动齿轮;传动齿轮分别与导轨上的齿条啮合;驱动电机输出端与减速机输入端直连;减速机输出端设置有减速机传动齿轮,传动连杆上设置有过渡齿轮;减速机传动齿轮与过渡齿轮啮合,驱动装置通过螺栓固接在轿厢上端,滚轮通过螺栓固接在驱动架上,置于导轨两侧内部。
