The invention belongs to the technical field of crane supporting legs, and particularly relates to an automatic self-locking supporting leg used when a crane lifts a heavy object. The automatic self-locking supporting leg comprises a hydraulic rod, a cross beam, a servo hydraulic motor and an adjusting module, the hydraulic rod is fixedly installed at the upper side of the cross beam, and a supporting leg is fixedly installed at the output end of the hydraulic rod and located at the lower side of the cross beam; the servo hydraulic motor and the adjusting module are vertically distributed andinstalled at the lower side of the cross beam, and the adjusting module is matched with the supporting leg; and a first transmission sleeve is designed and can slightly slide up and down relative to asecond transmission sleeve under the action of three transmission sliding blocks, so that it can be guaranteed that when the first transmission sleeve is driven by the second transmission sleeve to rotate to enable an internal thread area on the first transmission sleeve to be matched with an external thread area on the supporting leg, if the dislocation phenomenon occurs, and the internal threads and the external threads cannot be matched smoothly, the internal thread area on the first transmission sleeve and the external thread area on the supporting leg can be matched through up-down small-amplitude extrusion sliding adjustment.

    本发明属于吊车支腿技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于吊车起吊重物时的自动自锁支腿,它包括液压杆、横梁、伺服液压马达、调节模块,液压杆固定安装在横梁的上侧,且液压杆的输出端固定安装有支腿,支腿位于横梁的下侧;伺服液压马达和调节模块上下分布的安装在横梁的下侧,调节模块与支腿配合;本发明设计第一传动套在三个传动滑块的作用下可相对第二传动套上下小幅度滑动,这样可以保证在第一传动套被第二传动套驱动旋转使其上的内螺纹区域与支腿上外螺纹区域配合的时候,如果出现错位现象,内外螺纹不能顺利配合的时候,可以通过上下小幅度挤压滑动来调节使得第一传动套上的内螺纹区域和支腿上的外螺纹区域配合。
