The invention relates to the field of hoisting equipment reinforcement, in particular to a reinforcing construction method of novel crane beam with right-angled abrupt change support. The reinforcingconstruction method comprises the following steps: step A, fatigue crack treatment: reinforcing a fatigue crack appearing on a crane beam support; step B, second webs are additionally arranged, and the two sides of a first web of the crane beam are each provided with one second web and fixedly welded to inserting plates; and C, ultrasonic impact treatment is conducted on a reinforced weld joint and connecting weld joints of the two second webs and the inserting plates. After cracks appear on a support of an original crane beam, the cracks need to be treated and reinforced firstly, then the second web plates are arranged on the two sides of the first web plate respectively, the second web plates and the first web plate can be stressed together, stress concentration is reduced, residual compressive stress can be generated on the surface of the weld joint through the ultrasonic impact treatment, and the fatigue performance of the weld joint is improved.
