The invention provides an elevator control method, device and system. After state control information for an elevator car is obtained, whether a user is accelerating to catch up an elevator or not atpresent can be determined by detecting whether the state control information contains a specific footstep sound signal or not, if the specific footstep sound signal namely, the footstep sound signal meeting the car entering condition, is detected, the elevator car can be controlled to enter the car opening state in response to a car opening instruction obtained on the basis of the specific footstep sound signal to wait for the user who catches up the elevator to enter the elevator, so that the situations that the user directly rushes into the elevator car which is being closed and is prone tobe clamped by an elevator car door or collides with the elevator car door, and consequently hurt is caused are avoided, the personal safety of the user in the elevator entering process is guaranteed,and the requirement of the user for taking the elevator is met; and under the condition that the specific footstep sound signal is not detected, the elevator car can be controlled to enter a car closing state in response to a car closing instruction obtained on the basis of the state control information, and normal operation of the elevator is guaranteed.

    本申请提出了一种电梯控制方法、装置及系统,在获取针对电梯厢的状态控制信息后,可以通过检测其是否包含特定脚步声信号的方式,来确定当前是否有用户正在加快脚步追赶电梯,若检测到特定脚步声信号,即符合进厢条件的脚步声信号,可以响应基于该特定脚步声信号得到的开厢指令,控制电梯厢进入开厢状态,等待追赶电梯用户进入电梯,避免了用户直接冲入正在关厢的电梯厢,容易被电梯厢门夹住或碰撞到电梯厢门上所造成的伤害,即保证该用户进入电梯过程中的人身安全,且满足了该用户乘坐电梯的需求;而在未检测到特定脚步声信号的情况下,可以响应基于状态控制信息得到的关厢指令,控制电梯厢进入关厢状态,保证电梯正常运行。
