Through cooperation of a radar detector and a high-frequency flash lamp, a user can conveniently detect anobstacle in time through the radar detector, and meanwhile, an opposite obstacle is warned in time through rapid flickering of the high-frequency flash lamp; through cooperation of a movable base, afirst air cylinder, a first wireless receiver, an L-shaped clamping rod, a clamping base, an ejection plate, a moving column, a first spring and a protection plate, a user can conveniently drive the L-shaped clamping rod to be rapidly separated from an inner cavity of the clamping base through the first air cylinder, so that the ejection plate is rapidly released, and then the protection plate israpidly ejected out through the moving column; and therefore, obstacles which cannot be avoided can be buffered in time.
