The invention discloses an aircraft elevator buzzing suppressor based on a fluid-solid coupling effect, and belongs to the field of buzzing suppressors. The aircraft elevator buzzing suppressor comprises a base, a manganese steel sheet, a viscoelastic damping strip and a mass block, the base is fixed on the inner wall surface of the elevator skin; one end of the manganese steel sheet is verticallyfixed to the side wall of the vertical beam through a connecting piece, and the mass block is fixed to the other end of the manganese steel sheet and can do up-down reciprocating sinking and floatingmotion. And the viscoelastic damping strips are adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface of the manganese steel sheet. When the elevator generates buzz, the manganese steel sheet is repeatedly bent and deformed, the mass block at the free end does up-down reciprocating sinking and floating motion, the fluid-solid coupling effect is utilized, and when the frequency of external carrier aerodynamic force is coupled with the frequency of the suppressor, the stability boundary of the elevator is changed, and the frequency range of buzz generation is narrowed. The viscous-elastic dampingstrip dissipates a part of mechanical energy consumption of vibration through repeated stretching and contracting movement, the vibration amplitude during buzzing is reduced, and the fatigue life of the structure can be effectively prolonged.

    本发明一种基于流固耦合效应的飞机升降舵嗡鸣抑制器,属于嗡鸣抑制器领域;包括底座、锰钢片、粘弹性阻尼条和质量块;所述底座固定于升降舵蒙皮内壁面;所述锰钢片一端通过连接件垂直固定于竖梁的侧壁上,另一端固定有所述质量块,能够做上下往复的沉浮运动;所述粘弹性阻尼条粘贴于所述锰钢片的上、下表面。当升降舵发生嗡鸣时,锰钢片发生反复弯曲变形,自由端的质量块做上下往复的沉浮运动,利用流固耦合效应,当外载气动力的频率与抑制器的频率相耦合,改变了升降舵的稳定性边界,缩小了嗡鸣发生的频率范围,粘弹性阻尼条通过反复的拉伸、收缩运动,将振动的一部分机械能耗散掉,降低了嗡鸣发生时的振动振幅,可以有效提高结构的疲劳寿命。
