The invention discloses a vehicle B column and a nondestructive testing method thereof. The vehicle B column comprises an outer plate, a first reinforcer, a second reinforcer, a third reinforcer and an inner plate, the first reinforcer is of a plate-shaped structure with a wavy section or a saw tooth shaped section, and a gap is formed between the top of the wave crest or saw tooth shaped sectionof the wavy section and the top face of the outer plate; the gap is smaller than the thickness of the outer plate, meanwhile, the specific size relation is set, the strength of the B column is guaranteed, lightening holes are formed in the top face of the outer plate and the bottom face of the inner plate, the lightening holes serve as stretching-in holes of the detection probe, B column nondestructive detection is achieved, a radar probe is matched with a specific B column internal structure for detection, the detection precision is high, the cost is low, and the operation is convenient and fast.

    本发明公开了一种车辆B柱及其无损检测方法,包括外板、第一加强件、第二加强件、第三加强件,内板,第一加强件为具有波浪形截面或锯齿形截面的板状结构,波浪形截面的波峰或锯齿形截面的顶部与外板的顶面之间具有间隙,该间隙小于外板的厚度,同时设置特定尺寸关系,确保B柱强度,在外板顶面及内板底面设置减重孔,减重同时作为检测探头的伸入孔,实现B柱无损检测,通过雷达探头配合具体B柱内部结构进行检测,检测精度高、成本低,操作方便快捷。
