The invention discloses a braking device with active braking and parking braking functions, which comprises a shell, a braking main cylinder is arranged on one side of the shell, the braking main cylinder is provided with a piston, a nut is arranged on the shell, and a screw rod is in threaded connection with the nut; a motor is arranged on the shell and drives the nut to rotate, so that the screwrod is driven to move linearly through threads of the nut; in the stroke of the screw, the first end of the screw can abut against the piston of the brake master cylinder to push the piston to move towards one side of the brake master cylinder, and therefore active braking is achieved. The braking device with the active braking function and the parking braking function can achieve the active braking function, is suitable for a driverless logistics vehicle brake-by-wire system, can control the braking force and achieve active braking according to requirements, and is compact in structure and low in cost. A screw transmission mode is adopted, active braking can be achieved, and when a motor is powered off, a screw transmission pair is self-locked, and parking braking is achieved.
