本发明提供了一种轮毂的涂装方法和轮毂,包括:对待喷涂的轮毂基体进行预处理;对预处理后的轮毂基体按照预设膜厚进行底粉喷涂,并在第一固化条件下进行固化处理;对喷涂底粉后的轮毂基体进行色漆喷涂,并在第二固化条件下进行固化处理;对喷涂色漆后的轮毂基体进行清漆喷涂,并在第三固化条件下进行固化处理,通过对轮毂基体的表面进行上述涂装工艺,获得的轮毂的涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和涂层稳定性,与现有的生产工艺相比,本申请制备的轮毂涂层能够满足恶劣环境中轮毂作业时的耐腐蚀性能要求。

    The invention provides a hub coating method and a hub. The hub coating method includes the steps that a hub base body to be coated is pretreated; base powder spraying is conducted on the pretreated hub base body according to the preset film thickness, and curing treatment is conducted under the first curing condition; colored paint spraying is conducted on the hub base body sprayed with base powder, and curing treatment is conducted under the second curing condition; the hub base body sprayed with colored paint is subjected to varnish spraying, curing treatment is carried out under the third curing condition; and a coating process is carried out on the surface of the hub base body, so that the obtained hub coating has good corrosion resistance and coating stability. According to the hub coating method and the hub, compared with an existing production process, the prepared hub coating prepared by the hub coating method can meet the requirement of corrosion resistance during hub operation in a severe environment.
