本发明属于机械自动化加工技术领域,且公开了一种机械自动化加工用龙门架装置,包括两个底座,两个所述底座的顶面中部均固定安装有支柱,两个所述底座底部的前后两侧均固定安装有万向轮,两个所述支柱的顶部固定安装有顶梁,所述底座顶部的前后两侧均固定连接有加强钢管,所述加强钢管与支柱固定连接。本发明通过伺服电机的输出轴带动转轴转动,通过卷丝装置以及连接轴的转动实现钢丝绳的自由收放,使来自移动横梁的重力作用到卷丝装置与连接轴,此申请相对于现有技术而言,使得作用在顶梁中部的作用力得以分散,避免了龙门架装置的顶梁的中部长期受力而变形甚至断裂,同时使钢丝绳时刻处于紧绷状态,从而增加了龙门架装置的使用安全性。

According to the portal frame device, an output shaft of a servo motor drives a rotating shaft to rotate, free winding and unwinding of steel wire ropes are achieved through rotation of wire winding devices and a connecting shaft, and then the gravity of a movable cross beam acts on the wire winding devices and the connecting shaft; compared with the prior art, acting force acting on the middle of the top beam is dispersed, and it is avoided that the middle of the top beam of the portal frame device deforms and even breaks due to long-term stress; and meanwhile, the steelwire ropes are always in a tensioned state, so that the use safety of the portal frame device is improved.
