The invention provides a spacecraft on-orbit fuel storage tank leakage and surplus detection simulation test system. The system comprises a vertical storage tank, a water return pool, an electric airpump, an electric water pump and a plurality of air bags; the water return pool is arranged below the storage tank, the input end of the electric water pump is communicated with the water return pool,and the output end of the electric water pump is connected to the top of the storage tank; the air bags are installed on the inner wall of the storage tank, and the electric air pump is communicatedwith the air bags through connecting air paths; a plurality of leakage holes with different hole diameters are formed in the side wall of the storage tank, sealing pieces corresponding to the leakageholes are arranged on the side wall of the storage tank, and the leakage holes are communicated with a water return pool through water return pipelines; the bottom of the storage tank is provided witha drain valve corresponding to the water return pool, an exhaust valve is arranged at the top of storage tank. The system has the beneficial effects that the air bag is placed in the storage tank, sothat the residual amount distribution of fuel in the storage tank during gas-liquid mixing during weightlessness can be simulated, and different gas-liquid ratios of the fuel in the storage tank canbe simulated by changing the size of the air bag; in-orbit leakage of the leakage hole under different pressures can be simulated by changing the size of the air bag.

    本申请提供一种航天器在轨燃料储箱泄漏及剩余量检测模拟试验系统,包括立式储箱、回水池、电动气泵、电动水泵及若干气囊;回水池设置在储箱下方,电动水泵的输入端与回水池连通,输出端连接至储箱顶部;各个气囊安装在储箱内壁上,电动气泵通过连接气路与各个气囊连通;储箱侧壁上开设若干孔径不同的泄漏孔,储箱侧壁上对应各个泄漏孔分别设置密封件,各个泄漏孔通过回水管路与回水池连通;储箱底部对应回水池设置排液阀,储箱顶部设置排气阀。本申请的有益效果是:通过在储箱内放置气囊可模拟失重时燃料在储箱内气液混合时的剩余量分布,通过改变气囊大小进而模拟储箱内燃料的不同气液比;通过改变气囊大小可模拟不同压力下泄漏孔的在轨泄漏。
