A provided vertical integrated cold-proof water tank structure used in a rail flaw detection vehicle comprises a framework, an integrated inner tank body arranged on the inner side of the framework and an outer tank body arranged on the outer side of the framework, and the space between the outer tank body and the integrated inner tank body is filled with a heat preservation layer. Adjustable mounting seats which correspond to reserved mounting openings in the outer box body in position and retract inwards are arranged on the front side and the right side of the framework close to the wall ofa vehicle body; and the interior of the integrated inner box body is divided into a coupling water tank and an anti-freezing solution tank through a partition plate. The cold-proof performance of thebox body is effectively improved, the water leakage phenomenon caused by internal freezing when the box body is in a cold environment is avoided, the structure that the coupling water tank and the anti-freezing solution tank are integrally designed is adopted, the phenomenon that anti-freezing solution pipes and water pipes outside the box body are distributed disorderly is eliminated, and a double-sensor mounting seat and a heater mounting flange which are arranged in an inward retracting manner prevent a heater from being exposed after mounting to influence the mounting of other equipment, and ensure that the water tank can be filled with water when water is injected into any side.
