The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, and discloses a big arm vibration measuring device for a crane. The big arm vibration measuring device comprises a shell, the upper part and thelower part of the inner cavity of the shell are both fixedly provided with symmetrical protection plates, and symmetrical abutting rods are slidably inserted into the protection plates; and the end,away from the center of the shell, of each abutting rod is fixedly connected with a wedge-shaped sliding block, and positioning blocks are fixedly installed at the top and the bottom of the shell correspondingly. According to the big arm vibration measuring device for the crane, the shell is arranged on the surface of a measured object, an electromagnet is used for driving a magnet ring to drive aguide rod to move, the abutting rod part is extruded to be connected and fixed, and the abutting rod part can be separated from the measured object without resetting under the action of a toothed plate, a rotating rod, an extrusion spring and the like; and a photosensitive resistor and an indicating lamp are used in cooperation to measure the vibration quantity, so that the stability of fixationon a measured object is effectively improved, and the effect of vibration measurement is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,且公开了一种用于起重机的大臂振动测量装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的内腔上部和下部均固定安装有对称的防护板,所述防护板上滑动插接有对称的抵接杆,所述抵接杆远离壳体中心的一端固定连接有楔形滑块,所述壳体的顶部和底部均固定安装有定位块。该用于起重机的大臂振动测量装置,通过将壳体置于测量对象表面,利用电磁体驱动磁铁环带动导杆运动,将抵接杆部分挤出进行连接固定,配合利用齿板、转杆、挤压弹簧等的作用,即可使得抵接杆部分不发复位从测量对象上脱离,再配合利用光敏电阻与指示灯测量振动量,从而有效的提升了固定到测量对象上的稳定性、有效的提升了对振动测量的效果。
