本发明公开了一种高速突击艇低红外辐射排气系统,包括依次连接的第一排气管、喷射器、消音器总成、第二排气管、补偿器及出口管;喷射器由双壁管构成,双壁管其靠近消音器总成的管口高度上低于双壁管其远离消音器总成的管口,双壁管上设有喷嘴插座,喷嘴插座上安装喷嘴保持器。本发明采用海水冷却排气,增加消声性能,减少排气中有害成分排放到大气中,增加船上安全。海水注入也减少了排气体积流量,因此可以减少排气系统的重量和尺寸;系统的安装方法则设计巧妙,避免在安装过程中引起的系统排气管等管路变形或安装时的损伤。
