The invention provides a steel plate transfer automatic detection system and detection method. The system and method can be used for counting and checking goods in a plate crane hoisting and delivering process. According to the system, a cart displacement sensor and a trolley displacement sensor are additionally arranged on a traveling crane, the storage location where a lifting hook is located isinquired, a warehouse management server is used for providing specifications and the number of plates stored in the storage location, a weighing device installed on the traveling crane is used for measuring the net lifting weight, the net lifting weight is compared with parameters such as the specifications and the weight of the plates stored in the storage location; and the number and specification of the plates with the current net lifting weight are automatically calculated and compared with an instruction on a dispatch list, and automatic detection of plate delivery and transfer is achieved. As the whole process is automatically detected in the hoisting process, the detection efficiency is high, the detection accuracy is high, no inspector participates, and the operation is easy.

    本发明提出了一种钢板转运自动检测系统及检测方法,可用于行车起吊板材发货过程中的货物清点和检查。所述系统通过行车上增加大车位移传感器、小车位移传感器,查询出吊钩所在库位,利用仓库管理服务器提供该库位库存板材的规格及数量,并通过行车上安装的称重装置测量起吊净重量,与该库位存储各个板材的规格、重量等参数对比,自动计算当前起吊净重量的板材的数量、规格,与发货单上的指令对比,实现板材发货转运的自动检测。由于全过程在起吊过程自动检测,检测效率高,检测准确度高,无需检验人员参与,易于操作。
