The invention discloses a non-drive self-adaptive clamping device for grabbing and releasing a container, and belongs to the technical field of crane accessories. The device comprises two supporting rods arranged in parallel, wherein locking structures are arranged at the end points of the supporting rods; the supporting rods are of hollow structures; push-pull rods are sleeved with cavities of the supporting rods; hooks are arranged at the lower ends of the locking structures; the end points of the supporting rods, the push-pull rods and locking structure bodies are hinged at different positions, and therefore the push-pull rods drive the hooks to move when moving along the supporting rods; and pressing telescopic structures are arranged in the middles of the supporting rods, pressing parts of the pressing telescopic structures are located at the bottoms of the supporting rods, reversing rods are hinged to the telescopic parts, the other ends of the reversing rods are hinged to the push-pull rods, and therefore vertical movement of the telescopic parts is converted into horizontal movement of the push-pull rods. According to the device, the pressing parts make contact with the container so that the container can be clamped and unloaded, power equipment used for moving the locking structures and cables and control systems matched with the power equipment are omitted, the mass of the clamping device is reduced, and the energy consumption of container hoisting is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种无驱动自适应抓放集装箱的夹取装置,属于起重机附件技术领域,本装置包括两条平行布置的支撑杆,支撑杆的端点均设有锁固结构,支撑杆为中空结构,其空腔内套设有推拉杆,锁固结构下端设有挂钩,支撑杆的端点、推拉杆与锁固结构本体不同位置铰接,使得推拉杆沿支撑杆移动时带动挂钩移动;支撑杆中部设有按压伸缩结构,其按压部位于支撑杆底部、伸缩部位铰接有换向杆,换向杆的另一端与推拉杆铰接,从而将伸缩部位的垂直运动转换为推拉杆的水平运动。本发明中按压部位与集装箱接触即可完成集装箱的夹取、卸放,取消了用于锁固结构移动的动力设备以及与其配套的电缆、控制系统,减轻了夹取装置质量、降低了集装箱吊运的能耗。
