Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, hardware equipment of an existing locomotive braking system does not need to be changed, and fault detection and fault guidance of a balanced air cylinder can be achieved only by slightly improving control logic. Due to the fact that a locomotive can generate service braking only when the balanced air cylinder reaches a certain pressure reduction rate, when it is detected that the pressure reduction rate of the balanced air cylinder cannot meet the preset value requirement, the balanced air cylinder can be judged to break down, a protection electromagnetic valve is controlled to be powered off, and the balanced air cylinder exhausts air to achieve braking, so that fault detection and fault guidance of the balanced air cylinder are realized.

    本发明公开了一种均衡风缸故障检测、导向方法及故障检测、导向装置,包括如下步骤:S1、机车制动时,获取均衡风缸的减压速率;S2、将均衡风缸的减压速率与预设减压速率相比较,若均衡风缸的减压速率低于预设减压速率,则判断均衡风缸减压故障。由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明无需改变现有机车制动系统的硬件设备,仅对控制逻辑稍加改进即可实现均衡风缸的故障检测和故障导向。由于均衡风缸必须达到一定减压速率才能使机车产生常用制动,本发明针对该特性,设计当检测到均衡风缸的减压速率到不到预设值要求时,即可判断均衡风缸故障,并控制保护电磁阀失电,使均衡风缸排风以实现制动,从而实现均衡风缸的故障检测和故障导向。
