本发明公开了塔机标准节平台上的栏杆和塔机塔机顶升横梁的安装结构,包括标准节、定位机构、卡合机构与气压传动机构,所述标准节的一侧上方安装有油缸,所述油缸的输出端连接有移动板。本发明通过设置定位机构,在两个标准节进行对接时,将下连接板与上连接板相互对齐,在上连接板与下连接板相互接触的过程中,挤压板受力缩入一号连接槽内,并带动二号弹簧压缩,使得一号连接槽内部的高压惰性气体通过连接孔进入限位孔内,限位孔内的气压增强,从而使得导向柱在限位孔的内壁向下移动,直至导向柱卡入导向孔的内壁,防止两个标准节相互对接的过程中发生错位。

    The invention discloses a mounting structure of a handrail on a tower crane standard joint platform and a tower crane jacking cross beam. The mounting structure comprises standard joints, a positioning mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a pneumatic transmission mechanism. An oil cylinder is mounted above one sides of the standard joints, and the output end of the oil cylinder is connected with amoving plate. By arranging the positioning mechanism, when the two standard joints are in butt joint, lower connecting plates and upper connecting plates are aligned with each other, in the process that the upper connecting plates and the lower connecting plates make contact with each other, extrusion plates are stressed to retract into first connecting grooves and drive second springs to be compressed, high-pressure inert gas in the first connecting grooves enters limiting holes through connecting holes, the air pressure in the limiting holes is increased, and therefore guide columns move downwards on the inner walls of the limiting holes till the guide columns are clamped into the inner walls of guide holes, and dislocation in the butt joint process of the two standard joints is prevented.
