The invention relates to a laser radar damping device for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The laser radar damping device comprises a damping plate, a receiving antenna, an airborne quick release and a damping connecting mechanism; the receiving antenna is installed at the top of the damping plate, and the airborne quick release is installed at the bottom of the damping plate; and the damping connecting mechanism is installed on the damping plate and connected with the damping plate and a rack side beam of the unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the laser radar damping device, the receiving antenna is installed at the top of the damping plate, and the airborne quick release is installed at the bottom of the damping plate, so that it is guaranteed that the rigid connection between a laser radar and the receiving antenna is achieved, it is guaranteed that external parameters of laser radar equipment are always kept unchanged, and the measurement precision of the laser radar is improved.
