The invention discloses a brake device which comprises a control module, a motor, an oil outlet electromagnetic valve, an oil inlet electromagnetic valve, a pump and a hydraulic cylinder. The controlmodule controls the motor to rotate so as to enable the pump to establish the maximum brake pressure. The control module controls the oil outlet electromagnetic valve and the oil inlet electromagneticvalve to be switched on or switched off so as to adjust the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder to enable the hydraulic cylinder to complete the braking or brake releasing action. When braking or brake releasing is conducted, the motor rotates to drive the pump to rotate to generate the maximum braking pressure, then the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder is adjusted through connection and disconnection of the oil inlet electromagnetic valve and the oil outlet electromagnetic valve, the motor only needs to drive the pump to establish the maximum braking pressure, and the rotating state of themotor does not need to be changed; the dependence on the motor is reduced, and the power consumption required by the brake device is reduced. The invention further discloses a brake system which has the same beneficial effects as the brake device.

    本发明公开了一种刹车装置,包括控制模块、电机、出油电磁阀、进油电磁阀、泵及液压缸,控制模块先控制电机转动以使泵建立最大刹车压力,然后,控制模块分别控制出油电磁阀和进油电磁阀的导通或关闭以调节液压缸内部的压力使其完成刹车或者松刹的动作。本申请在进行刹车或松刹时,先通过电机转动带动泵转动以产生最大刹车压力,然后通过进油电磁阀和出油电磁阀的导通和关断调节液压缸内部的压力,本发明中的电机只需要带动泵建立最大刹车压力,不需要更换电机转动的状态,减小了对电机的依赖性,减小了刹车装置所需要的功耗。本发明还公开了一种刹车系统,具有与上述刹车装置相同的有益效果。
