The invention provides a vehicle assembly process mistake-proofing system. The system comprises a vehicle identification subsystem, an external production plan subsystem, a production process subsystem and a process mistake-proofing subsystem. The vehicle identification subsystem comprises an RFID read-write head installed at the first station of a vehicle assembly line segment, an in-station sensor installed at the front end of the first station and an out-station sensor installed at the rear end of the first station. The vehicle assembly production line is provided with a process guidance display screen, production process equipment and a control PLC of the production process equipment. Process equipment of the vehicle assembly production line and a control PLC of the process equipment are connected with the process mistake-proofing subsystem and the vehicle identification subsystem through a workshop convergence layer switch. An external production plan subsystem and the productionprocess subsystem are connected with the process mistake-proofing subsystem through a data center core switch; the beneficial effects of the system are that the system achieves the automatic collection of vehicle information, the issuing of a production technology instruction and the detection of a production technology, and can improve the production efficiency and production technology level ofan automobile, and the economic loss caused by human factors can be reduced.

    本发明提供一种车辆装配工艺防错系统,系统包括:车辆识别子系统、外部生产计划子系统、生产工艺子系统和工艺防错子系统;车辆识别子系统包括:安装于汽车装配生产线线段首工位的RFID读写头、安装于首工位前端的进工位传感器和后端的出工位传感器;汽车装配生产线安装有工艺指导显示屏和生产工艺设备及其控制PLC;汽车装配生产线的工艺设备及其控制PLC与工艺防错子系统、车辆识别子系统通过车间汇聚层交换机连接;外部生产计划子系统和生产工艺子系统与工艺防错子系统通过数据中心核心交换机连接;本发明提供的有益效果是:自动采集车辆信息及生产工艺指令的下达、生产工艺检测,可以提高汽车生产效率和生产工艺水平,减小因人为因素带来的经济损失。
