The invention discloses a combination installation safety special construction process for a steel truss of a coal conveying trestle. The process comprises the following steps: step 1, material inspection, step 2, lofting and scribing, step 3, blanking, step 4, manufacturing and combination, step 5, hoisting: a field machine tool is provided with three 35T autocranes, one 130T autocrane, one 260Tautocrane, one 350T autocrane and one 500T autocrane, depending on the actual situation of the scene, in order to reasonably utilize machinery and shorten the hoisting time, under the condition that aconstruction site allows, the steel truss and steel brackets are combined and then are hoisted in a centralized manner, the structural design is reasonable, a segmented integral hoisting method is adopted, the method is less in aloft work, the welding quality can be guaranteed, the safety risk is small, the construction site is not occupied greatly, the cost is low, and the construction period isshort; compared with a traditional hoisting process, the method has great advantages in the aspects of quality, safety guarantee, control over the construction period and cost control in the construction of the steel truss of the coal conveying trestle.

    本发明公开了一种输煤栈桥钢桁架组合安装安全专项施工工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一、材料检查,步骤二、放样划线,步骤三、下料,步骤四、制作和组合,步骤五、吊装,现场机具配备3台35T汽车吊,1台130T汽车吊,1台260T汽车吊,1台350T汽车吊,1台500T汽车吊,根据现场实际情况,为了合理利用机械和缩短吊装时间,在施工场地允许的情况下,钢桁架及钢支架组合完毕,进行集中吊装,本发明结构设计合理,采用分段整体吊装法,该方法高空作业较少,焊接质量能得到保证,安全风险小,施工场地占用不大,成本低,工期短,对输煤栈桥钢桁架施工不管是在质量、安全保证方面,施工工期的控制上,成本控制方面均比传统的吊装工艺有较大的优势。
