The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, and discloses a lazy arm amplitude calculation method and device, engineering machinery and a machine-readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining an included angle between a tangent line of the root of the lazy arm and a horizontal plane, an arm length and a hoisting weight under a current working condition;and according to the included angle between the tangent line of the root of the lazy arm and the horizontal plane, the arm length and the hoisting weight under the current working condition, calculating an actual working amplitude of hoisting under the current working condition. According to the method, the data acquisition amount can be reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the precisionis higher compared with a method for measuring and calculating by using two angle sensors, the installation of the angle sensors is omitted, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,公开了一种吊臂幅度计算方法、装置、工程机械及机器可读存储介质。该方法包括:获得当前工况下吊臂根部切线与水平面的夹角、臂长和吊重;根据所述当前工况下吊臂根部切线与水平面的夹角、所述臂长和所述吊重计算当前工况下吊载的实际工作幅度。本发明可以减少数据采集量,提高工作效率,相比用两个角度传感器测量计算的方法精度更高,且减少角度传感器的安装,降低成本。
