The invention relates to a ship dirty bottom monitoring and early warning method, belongs to the technical field of ship dirty bottom treatment, and solves the problems of lack of dirty bottom monitoring means and low accuracy. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring navigation data of an empty/full-load route segment to be evaluated; based on the navigation data, obtaining a fuel efficiency host load relation curve and a power navigation speed relation curve of a no-load or full-load route segment; when the load relation curve of the fuel efficiency main engine is within the preset range of the positive and negative deviation of the main engine economy base line, based on the power navigation speed relation curve of the no-load or full-load navigation section, obtaining a fitting power navigation speed relation curve of the no-load or full-load navigation section in combination with the fitting model; calculating a total pollution bottom coefficient of a no-load or full-load route segment in combination with the power navigation speed reference data matrix under the no-load or full-load working condition; and setting a pollution bottom coefficient threshold, and outputting an early warning state when the total pollution bottom coefficient is greater than the pollution bottom coefficient threshold. On the whole, the pollution bottom state is quantitatively analyzedin real time, early warning is output in time, and the pollution cleaning opportunity is prompted.
