The invention relates to a linear variable coil density vibration energy harvesting device, a rail vehicle and an energy harvesting method, and the device comprises a housing, and a permanent magnet,a multi-turn induction coil and a coil density adjustment structure which are disposed in the housing, and the permanent magnet and the induction coil are located in a first cavity. The coil density adjusting structure comprises a plurality of movable blocking pieces, a plurality of elastic pieces in a compressed state and an adjusting blocking piece fixed to the permanent magnet, the adjusting blocking piece is matched with the movable blocking pieces to change the coil density, and the permanent magnet does the motion of cutting the plane of the induction coil. Compared with the prior art, kinetic energy generated by a vehicle is converted into electric energy and stored, the electric energy can serve as a distributed power supply of vehicle-mounted monitoring equipment, extra energy does not need to be consumed, and the energy recovery process is not easily affected by the environment; the coil density adjusting structure in the housing can make full use of existing coils, so that the density of the coils around the permanent magnet is always high in the moving process of the permanent magnet, and maximization of output electric energy is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种直线式变线圈密度振动俘能装置、轨道车辆及俘能方法,装置包括壳体,以及置于壳体内部的永磁体、多匝感应线圈和线圈密度调整结构,永磁体和感应线圈位于第一腔体,线圈密度调整结构包括多个活动挡片、处于压缩状态的多个弹性件和固定于永磁体的调节挡片,调节挡片与活动挡片配合改变线圈密度,永磁体做切割感应线圈平面的运动。与现有技术相比,将车辆自身产生的动能转化为电能并储存,能够作为车载监控设备的分布式电源,不需消耗额外能源,能量回收过程不易受到环境的影响;壳体内线圈密度调整结构能够充分利用已有线圈,使永磁体运动过程中其周围线圈密度始终较高,以实现输出电能的最大化。
