The invention discloses a steam generation device, a steam generation control method and a vehicle. The steam generation device comprises a steam generation unit, a heating unit, a control unit and afirst liquid level sensor. The control unit is electrically connected with the steam generation unit, the heating unit and the first liquid level sensor. The steam generation unit comprises a combustion chamber, and the combustion chamber is provided with a steam outlet used for communicating with external steam using equipment. The first liquid level sensor is used for monitoring the liquid levelin the steam generation unit, and when the liquid level in the combustion chamber is higher than a first liquid level value, the first liquid level sensor sends a first liquid level signal to the control unit. The control unit is configured to control the heating unit to heat the combustion chamber when receiving the first liquid level signal. The steam generation device is compact in structure,capable of achieving good linkage control with the vehicle and high in automation degree.
