The tail wheel follow-up mechanism comprises a lengthened wheel shaft, a first locking structure, a second locking structure, a first pull wire, a second pull wire, a follow-up cushion block, a follow-up steering shaft, a rudder beam and a tail wheel. The lengthened wheel shaft is arranged on the tail wheel; the lengthened wheel shaft and the tail wheel are connected together through the first locking structure and the second locking structure; the tail wheel is positioned below a vertical tail main beam; the follow-up steering shaft penetrates through the follow-up cushion block and is mounted below the follow-up cushion block; the follow-up cushion block is mounted below the rudder beam; and the first pull wire and the second pull wire are respectively connected with the end parts of the same sides of the lengthened wheel shaft and the follow-up steering shaft.
