The invention discloses a steam boiler for an offshore ship. The steam boiler comprises a boiler body, a steam pipe communicating with the top of the boiler body and a water inlet valve, the top end of the steam pipe is connected with a pipe connector, and a heating element is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the boiler body. A plurality of inverted circular truncated cones are connected into the boiler body, the topmost inverted circular truncated cone is fixedly connected to the top of the inner wall of the boiler body, and the middles of the inverted circular truncated cones arevertically designed in a penetrating mode. The height can be changed along with the change of the water quantity through a floating disc, when the ship bumps, the impact force of water is reduced by blocking the water through the outer surface and the inner surface of the inverted circular truncated cones, the impact force is reduced, the upward moving height after the water impacts is reduced, the contact area of the water and the inner wall of the boiler body is reduced, and then the steam generation amount is reduced; and fan-shaped plates at the tops of baffles can play a role in blockingpart of water rising along the outer surfaces of the inverted circular truncated cones, and the situation that impact force on the water surface at the bottom is too large when water falls due to excessive rising of water is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种海上船舶用蒸汽锅炉,包括炉体、与炉体顶部连通的蒸汽管和进水阀,所述蒸汽管顶端连接有管接头,所述炉体内侧底部设置有加热元件;所述炉体内部连接有多个倒圆台,最顶部的倒圆台固定连接在炉体内壁顶部,倒圆台中部竖直贯穿设计;本发明通过浮动盘能够跟随水量的变化而改变高度,船只颠簸时,通过倒圆台外表面和内表面对水的阻挡,降低了水的冲击力,冲击力变小,使水撞击后上移的高度降低,降低了水与炉体内壁的接触面积,进而降低了蒸汽产生的量;并且挡板顶部的扇形板能够对一部分沿倒圆台外表面上升的水起到阻挡作用,防止水上升过多,造成水下落时对底部的水面的冲击力过大。
