The invention discloses a CVT speed ratio control strategy determination method based on vehicle economy, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) drawing an engine universal characteristic diagram according to engine data tested by an engine bench test; 2) according to the formulated universal characteristic diagram of the engine, searching an engine working condition point with the lowest fuel consumption rate under different engine powers by utilizing an equal power line to form a most economical working curve of the engine; 3) measuring engine loads under different accelerator opening degrees; 4) according to the engine working condition points formed by intersection of the engine economic working curve formed in the step 2) and the engine load characteristic curves under different accelerator opening degrees drawn in the step 3), and corresponding engine rotating speeds; and 5) calculating transmission speed ratios corresponding to different vehicle speeds according to theeconomical operation rotating speeds of the engine at different accelerator opening degrees. By means of the method, it is guaranteed that the vehicle can work at the optimal speed ratio under different working conditions, and the fuel economy of the whole vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于整车经济性的CVT速比控制策略确定方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1)根据发动机台架试验测试的发动机数据,绘制发动机万有特性图;步骤2)根据制定的发动机万有特性图,利用等功率线查找不同发动机功率下燃油消耗率最低的发动机工况点,形成发动机最经济的工作曲线;步骤3)测量不同油门开度下的发动机负荷;步骤4)根据步骤2)形成的发动机经济性工作曲线与步骤3)绘制的不同油门开度下的发动机负荷特性曲线相交形成的发动机工况点及对应的发动机转速;步骤5)根据发动机不同油门开度的经济性运行转速计算不同车速对应的变速器速比。本发明方法保证了车辆不同工况下均能工作于最优速比,确保了整车的燃油经济性。
